"I
am sending you photos of my Australian buff. With regard to your
Woodsman® broadhead, it worked like a charm, penetrating
beyond the nock. It cut through very thick hide, one big rib and
the entire chest cavity, sticking in the other side. My arrow
was right around 800 grains from 88 pound recurve limbs. Everyone
suggested not using a three blade design but encouraged me to
stick to a two blade head on such a big animal. Since I have been
getting such good penetration with my carbon arrows, I thought
why not. I think the Woodsman® three blade design
may in fact be superior on such a target. It is also a very accurate
head. It shoots better than my target points, probably because
my brain tells me the broadheads are the ones that count."

"I shot a really nice buck on November 19. Your Woodsman®
broadheads made a believer out of me. Then I used the same head
to shoot a second buck last week. I just wiped the arrow clean
and honed the broadhead on a diamond stone. This one went through
the lungs and heart, out the other side and broke the off-side
leg! I won't shoot any other brand broadheads again."

"The Woodsman® broadheads are great. My first
deer this season was not much of a test for the head. I had a
good broadside shot at seven yards. Right through the heart and
into the dirt on the far side. The second deer proved to be a
better test. It was a fifteen yard quartering away shot. My arrow
went in behind the last rib, angled forward through the stomach,
liver, one lung and the heart. Then it continued on through the
thickest part of the breast bone (yes, I said bone) and still
stuck deep in the dirt. Awesome!! I had a massive blood trail
for thirty yards. I really didn't expect it to stick in the dirt
as deep as it did. The Woodsman® was carried by a 560 grain
wood shaft for a total of 687 grains, shot from a 67# 21st Century
bow. I love these heads. They fly great too."

"The Canadian moose I took this fall dressed 970 lbs.
on DNR scales. I put a Woodsman® clean through him broadside
at twelve yards, on video. My arrow went fifteen feet out the
other side."

"Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you I took
a nice eight point with the Woodsman® broadhead last
week. It was everything I hoped it would be and more. I got a
quartering away shot. The chundoo shaft and Woodsman broadhead
had complete penetration and made short work of tracking. I was
very impressed with the entrance and exit."

"My first shot with the Woodsman® broadhead was from
31 yards at a wild hog. This 31 yarder is the longest shot I ever
attempted with my longbow and, as evidenced by the perfect center
chest hit, the shaft flew true. Attributable, no doubt, to the
perfect weight and balance of the head. Even at this distance,
the arrow passed all the way through the pig, attributable I'm
sure to the narrow profile of the head and sharpness of the blades.
Sharpening, by the way, was a breeze due to the perfect alignment
angle of the blades for a flat file. The "test boar" only ran
thirty yards before going down, due to the massive cutting of
the three blade design. In short, you've got a winner with this
design. Though a long time two blade fan, consider me now converted!"

"I just returned from Alberta where I took a big blonde
bear with my 53# 1969 Bear Grizzly recurve at 18 steps. The Woodsman® Woodsman®
broadhead hit 4" behind the right shoulder, center body, slightly
quartering away. What a job that broadhead accomplished! Pass
through. The bear went thirty yards before expiring. This is the
first time I have used a three blade head in a traditional bow.
I am sold. They are easy to sharpen and fly extremely well."
Thanks for a great product,

Got my new Woodsman® heads today. I originally thought the
price was a little high, but after examination, I think they are
under priced. This is the best looking and best made broadhead
I've ever seen in over forty years of bowhunting. With a mill
file and hard Arkansas stone, in less than five minutes I had
a razor sharp shaving edge. I can honestly say I haven't seen
a product that so completely went beyond my expectations."

"I filled my first Montana 2000 season tag the other evening
with a doe. The Woodsman® went high through her right shoulder
blade, then completely through her spine. I have hit a couple
other deer like this over the years, but have never had a broadhead,
even a two blade, make it all the way through both a shoulder
blade and a spine. I'm very impressed."

"I had to drop you a line to thank you for a great
broadhead. Since I shoot traditional equipment, I've always been
shy of three blade designs. The penetration thing scared me. Two
blade heads have served me well, but in the back of my mind I've
been waiting for a good penetrating three blade head.
Friday morning, September 22, 2000, I put one to the
real test. The result, my best buck to date, an 18" wide, nine
point that dressed 160 lbs. My shot was almost straight down.
The arrow went through the top of the right shoulder blade, through
one lung and on through the center of the sternum before exiting
out the bottom of his chest? I'd say that's good penetration for
a 60# recurve. Thanks for a great product."

"Just thought I'd drop you a line to let you know
how satisfied I am with the Woodsman® broadheads.
I recently harvested a nice bull elk with your broadhead on a
2219 Legacy shaft. That combination resulted in a total pass-through,
a clean kill and one very happy bowhunter. Keep up the good work
and fine products."
Thanks again.

"I used your Woodsman® broadhead on my spring 2000 Canadian
bear hunt. My bear went down in only eleven yards. Even though
the Woodsman® tipped cedar shaft traveled completely through
the bear and buried in the mud, it was not harmed in any way.
It is ready for action again.
On December 31, 1999, at 4:15 PM, as last legal shooting light
faded, I arrowed a mature doe whitetail with the Woodsman®.
She traveled less than twenty yards before expiring. I like to
think this may well be one of the last whitetails taken in the
20th Century."
Thanks again.,
